Support for Referral Vets
We provide support to our referral vets by means of free telephone advice and a free radiograph reading service. We send out regular newsletters to all referral vets, keeping them up to date with hospital developments. We aim to hold regular free CPD for our referral vets with a mix of guest and local speakers , and feel this gives us a chance to give a little bit of something back. We are happy for vets to visit the hospital or to come along and watch a particular procedure.
Please use the online referral form or Microsoft Word document link below which will facilitate the referral of horses to Rainbow Equine Hospital by veterinary surgeons. We accept referrals on a strictly ethical basis through the client’s own veterinary surgeon.
We will communicate all our findings and results of any investigations to both the client and referring veterinary surgeon by telephone and a written report.
Please complete the form and submit it to us and we shall be in touch to arrange an appointment or to discuss the case further. For non-urgent referrals we generally contact the owners direct to arrange an appointment.
